Shipping Policy

At Little Miss Maiden, items are proudly shipped worldwide from my studio in Washington State.

Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $199.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Express. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days

  • Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days

  • Priority Express: 1 to 2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or postal delays.

International Shipping

Items can be shipped internationally, and delivery typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the distance between the origin and destination. Delivery times may also be affected by customs processing and the postal services in the destination country.

 

Processing Time: Due to the attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into every piece, processing time for corsets is 2 to 5 weeks. While I strive to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that these are handmade items, and each one takes time to create. Please always feel free to inquire before making a purchase. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

 

If You Need Your Order by a Specific Date: If you require your order to arrive by a specific date, please message me directly before placing your order. I will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure timely delivery.

 

Return Policy

I strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a non-customized item, you can return, exchange, or opt for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Customized Items: You can return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Personalized Items: Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted on personalized or customized items.

 

Return Process

  • Garment Condition: Items must be in unused condition, with original tags still attached, and must show no signs of wear or use (including but not limited to marks, stains, or odors).

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is required that all returns have a tracking number to confirm the item has been shipped. If for any reason the returned item is not received, refunds, exchanges, or store credit cannot be guaranteed. 

  • Item Condition: If the item is returned in a condition different from its original state (e.g., damaged or used), the buyer will be held responsible for any loss in value.

 

Processing Returns: Once the item is received and its condition is confirmed, your return will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing, depending on your banking institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the product. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
